The association behind SkillHeart

Formally, SkillHeart is Asociación para el Desarrollo del Talento Tecnológico y la Empleabilidad Digital, registered in Spain's National Registry of Associations (no. 633639) and based in Palma de Mallorca. It exists to close the distance — not in ability, but in access, experience, evidence and trust — between talented people anywhere and the professional world in Europe.

In practice it is several things at once: a practical training environment, a system for evidencing professional readiness, a place to build real projects, a bridge between talent, universities and companies, and an international community that turns preparation into opportunity. Its model is deliberately bidirectional: mixed teams from different countries building together, with shared technology, local knowledge and distributed leadership.

Nobody pays to take part, and universities are not charged either. The work is funded by the companies that engage the professionals SkillHeart introduces, plus donations, grants and sponsorship, and whatever the association generates is reinvested in its mission.
