These conditions govern access to, browsing of and use of this website, together with the responsibilities arising from them, and apply to its four language versions.

The site is informative in nature: it describes the association's activity, publishes its institutional news and, once the channel is open, allows a donation to be made.

Its content does not constitute professional, legal, tax or financial advice. The description of the programmes is informative and creates no obligation for the association until each programme formally opens with its own conditions of participation.

Accessing and using the site imply knowledge and acceptance of these conditions in the version published at that time. Anyone who does not accept them should refrain from using it.

Using the site requires no registration and no account, so there is no sign-up process in which to accept them expressly.

The site must be used in accordance with the law, in good faith and in line with these conditions. Its content may be read, quoted and shared freely.

In particular, it is prohibited to alter or damage the operation of the site, to introduce or distribute unlawful or harmful content through it, to attempt to reach areas or data not intended for the public, to circumvent its technical security measures, and to use automated means of access that degrade the service for everyone else.

The association may take the technical measures needed to prevent use contrary to the above, including restricting access.

The texts, the association's own images, the SkillHeart name, its logo and the design of this site belong to the association or are used with the authorisation of the rights holder.

Quoting the content is permitted with an indication of the source and, where the medium allows, a link to the page quoted. Any other reuse, and in particular use of the name or logo in a way that suggests a relationship or endorsement that does not exist, requires prior written authorisation.

The software the site is built with belongs to its respective authors and is used under their own licences, listed in the credits of the project repository.

This site may link to third-party resources to evidence a source or make a reference easier to check. Those resources are not under the association's control, which is not responsible for their content, their availability or their policies, and a link implies no endorsement or connection.

Linking to this site is free, provided its content is not reproduced in a way that misleads as to its origin and no relationship with the association is suggested where none exists.

The donation channel is not open at present. Once it is, payments will be handled by the payment service provider identified on that page, and the association will neither see nor store the card details.

A donation is a voluntary contribution to the association's purposes and not the purchase of goods or a service, so it entails no consideration in return and confers neither membership nor any right to take part in the association's governing bodies.

Recurring contributions may be changed or cancelled at any time from the management link that accompanies the receipt. Contributions made in error will be refunded once notice is given at the contact address.

The tax treatment of a donation depends on the rules applicable to each person. As at this review the association is not covered by the tax regime of Spanish Law 49/2002 and therefore issues no donation certificates with deductible effect. This will be stated on the site as soon as that changes.

The processing of personal data arising from use of this site is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these conditions by reference.

The decision on cookies and similar technologies can be reviewed and changed at any time from the preferences link in the footer of every page.

The association takes reasonable care to keep the site available, its content accurate and its information current. It does not, however, guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or that the information published is free of errors or omissions.

The association is not liable for damage arising from interruptions or unavailability, from harmful elements beyond its control, or from the use made of the information published.

None of the above excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, in particular towards consumers.

The association may amend these conditions when the activity of the site or the applicable legal framework changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, and its last review date appears at the start of the document.

Substantial changes will be announced on the site itself rather than introduced without notice.

If a competent authority declares any of these clauses void, invalid or unenforceable, it will be treated as not included and the remainder will stay fully in force, provided the rest of the document retains its meaning.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.

The Spanish courts have jurisdiction over any question arising as to their interpretation or performance, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring proceedings before the courts of their own domicile where consumer law so provides.
