The association starts operating

As of today the association can answer enquiries, take on collaborators and receive support in kind. This entry sets out what each of those means in practice.

The news is not that a form was filed somewhere, and it is not a registration number either. The news is what can be done now, without waiting for anything else to happen first.

Five ways to take part

There are five, and they are worth separating rather than routing everyone through a single invitation to get in touch. A university and a technology provider are not asking the same question.

• Emerging talent. Register your interest in a specific programme. What each one offers is published with its current status.
• Universities and communities. Refer graduates who finished and found nothing. It costs the university nothing and the graduate nothing.
• Companies. Set the standard the training is built against and review what gets built against it. The ask is your engineers' judgement, not your budget.
• Technology providers. Contribute credits, licences or AI access. This is the fastest of the five, because it needs no bank account and no payment gateway.
• People with time. Mentor, teach or take on a pro bono brief. Mentoring does not begin until the first cohort, so today it means leaving your details.

Where the four programmes stand

Four programmes are named and published, each with its own status, and none of them is running yet. Registering interest in a specific one is the accurate action today. Signing up for a start date is not, because no start date exists to sign up for.

• Digital Readiness is in development. Practical training in how distributed teams work, real work experience inside a company that leaves verifiable evidence rather than a certificate, and introductions to European companies. Always free for the participant.
• Founder Bridge has its pilot in preparation. Business owners from different countries working on each other's problems, as an exchange between peers rather than mentorship handed down from Europe.
• Graduate Pathway is planned. Partner universities refer graduates who finished and found nothing, which is the main route into Digital Readiness.
• Launch Lab is planned. Mixed teams take a product through the full cycle, and because a product proven once can be launched again, each participant can own the launch in their own market.

One thing behind all four carries no caveat. Every programme includes access to the cloud, AI, observability, analytics and project management tools that professional work runs on. Some of it the association pays for and the rest comes from technology providers that support the work. That access does not wait on a pilot starting.

The evidence, including what is not finished

The association is registered in Spain's National Register of Associations under number 633639, with its registration decision dated 20 July 2026 and its registered office in Palma de Mallorca.

What is not finished is the money. The definitive tax identification number is still being processed and the bank account is not operational yet, so the donations page is closed and no card payment can be taken today. The fifth route says so on the page itself, and it will say the opposite on the day that changes. Anyone wanting to contribute before then can write and it will be arranged directly.

When donations do open, contributions will not be tax-deductible. The association was registered in July 2026 and is not yet under the tax regime of Spain's Ley 49/2002, so it cannot issue donation certificates. That will change when it changes, and no date is being promised for it.

One more thing has to be said in full, because half of it alone misleads: the association charges neither the people it trains nor the universities it works with, and it does charge companies. How that works, what it pays for and what it does not permit is set out separately.

What comes next

The honest version of what comes next carries no date, and that is the accurate answer rather than a hedge. Governance and the first agreements with universities and communities are in progress rather than finished. Each of those will be reported here once it is done, and not before.

What the association is looking for now is exactly what the five routes are for: talent ready to start building evidence, universities with graduates who deserve a better route than an internship office can offer, companies that want access to validated people rather than a way to cut costs, providers whose tools would otherwise stay out of reach, and people willing to give an hour a month.
